I am so sorry for the loss of your precious child. I am a nurse, and I know too well how easily mistakes like the one that took Madison's life do occur. Hello Sweet Little Angel
We cant believe that its been 3 whole years since you went to heaven and got your little angel wings. We miss you so much, we were so privileged to be able to have a hug with you before you went to play with all your new friends, we wish we could still give you lots of hugs and kisses.
We hope that all your little friends are looking after you and that you have had a nice party to acknowledge your 3rd year of angel wings.
We know your teddy hasnt got his outfit yet but we do hope that you like it, Uncle bee liked the fishy a lot Auntie Lou just liked the fur. Do you like it?

Hello Our Beautiful Little Girl,
We can't believe it's been 3 years already since you were taken away from us it only seems like yesterday that we were huddled around your cot as you recovered from your operation. We were so happy that we could almost bring you home and start our life together as a family, instead you were wrenched away from us in a moment! We have missed you ever since.
Time seems to fly by yet the pain and hurt of losing you still remains the same. We think about you every day, we think of those precious 10 weeks and 3 days we were blessed with spending with you and the wonderful memories we have from then, we think about that awful night 3 years ago when our hearts were broken in two as we watched in horror as you slipped away from us, we think of how all this hurt and pain could of been avoided if only the people who were supposed to look after you had done their jobs properly, we think of all the things that could have been.
Are you happy Sweetheart? We hope so. Have you made lots of friends? Bet you're a big girl now wish we could see you. Hope you are able to visit us from time to time in our dreams. You tell Granddad Roy he must take good care of you until we see you again.
Hope all your angel friends make tomorrow extra special for you Sweetheart. Enjoy your day we'll be thinking of you lots and lots.

Wanted to stop by and tell you how much you've been in my thoughts. I think about you every day Maddie. Your 3rd Angel Day is fast approaching which is making me feel quite down in the dumps baby. It's nearly 3 years since you were taken to live with the angels yet i still remember that horrendous night as though it was yesterday. Finding it very hard at the moment Maddie as much as i'm trying to stay strong and put on a brave face inside i feel torn apart. If it wasn't for your wonderful Daddy and 2 beautiful little sisters i would of given up long ago Sweetheart. Each morning i wake and most days i wear my mask well yet some days prove harder than others. Please try and show Mummy a sign that you are ok and are happy Maddie, i really need to know. Always know that i love you so very much and miss you more than words can say. Stay close Little Lady.
Hi Madison. I have just picked up thats life and saw your story. I looked at the picture and thought I had seen it before. I havent been to your site for a while but I used to stop by all the time. Mummy used to visit Andrew as well.
I wanted to tell you your sister are beautiful, you must be very proud of them.
Tell mummy she was very brave to go through your story again, it must had been hard for her.
